The Gwinnett County Veterans
Resource Center’s mission is to meet the needs of veterans and
their families by providing information, referrals and resources in
a welcoming environment that honors their service and sacrifice to
our county.
Veterans often face unique challenges that civilian members of American society don’t always understand. The lack of institutional support often means veterans find themselves in unfortunate situations with little to no outside help. Some of these challenges include homelessness, unemployment, poor, and untreated PTSD resulting in high rates of depression and suicide.
Located in Downtown Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County Veterans Resource Center staff and volunteers are ready and willing to help by providing assistance to our veterans and their families with much needed services such as: benefits, legal counsel, housing, employment, health needs, education, claims and much more!
The Center is entirely staffed by
volunteers – both veterans and civilians. Hundreds of hours are
donated each month to provide many invaluable services to our
Gwinnett County veterans. A special supports the mission and
the heart of the GCVRC. This active group is made up of veterans,
agency providers and organizations committed to the wellbeing of
our Gwinnett County veterans. Together, they are making a
difference. For additional information, visit
